The policy outlines actions such as: written declarations of commitment from executives and agencies, development of internal prevention and response guidelines, gender equality awareness initiatives, creation of safe spaces, establishment of internal grievance mechanisms, and the creation of a Coordination Center under the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development to oversee and support implementation. The measures also include formal and informal procedures for resolving complaints, ensure confidentiality during investigations, protect complainants and witnesses, promote fair treatment of the accused, and call for regular reporting on implementation within organizations.
